Our Parkview Location features one of the most amazing views of Prague. Join us for regular yoga classes for staff, members, and patients and stay relaxed and healthy while meeting others in a casual setting.
We also hold regular events for you to connect with fellow members and enjoy a break from daily stress. These events and our yoga sessions are announced on our social media channels and are always free for our staff and members to enjoy.

We all know how good being in nature can make us feel. We’ve known it for centuries. The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the sunlight playing through the leaves, the fresh, clean air—these things give us a sense of comfort and well-being.
Nature eases our stress and worries and helps us relax and think more clearly. Being in nature can restore our mood, give us back energy and vitality, and refresh and rejuvenate us.
In Japan, shinrin-yoku has been practised for centuries. Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and yoku means “bath.” So shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere or taking in the forest through our senses.
Research shows that even a small amount of time in nature can have a positive impact on our health. A two-hour forest bath helps you to unplug from technology and slow down. It brings you into the present moment where you can de-stress and relax.

Walk with a Doc
A true first in Prague…
But something that’s been popular in the U.S. for a decade.
We are trialling this program in Prague in 2021, using inspiration from the U.S. and how Walk with a Doc has become a movement towards better health.
Walk with a Doc was started in 2005 by Dr. David Sabgir, a cardiologist in Columbus, Ohio. Frustrated with his inability to affect behaviour change in the clinical setting, Dr. Sabgir invited his patients to go for a walk with him in a local park on a spring Saturday morning. To his surprise, over 100 people showed up, energized and ready to move.
Since that first event in 2005, Walk with a Doc has grown as a grassroots effort with a model based on sustainability and simplicity. A doctor gives a brief presentation on a health topic and then leads participants on a walk at their own pace. Healthy snacks, coffee, and blood pressure checks are an optional part of a Walk with a Doc event.
