We are pleased to inform you that from 1 July 2026, our clinic will use the Smartmedix.net patient portal. This new system offers a simple, secure, and convenient way to communicate with our clinic and manage many of your healthcare needs online.
We kindly ask that you use the Smartmedix.net portal as your primary method for non-urgent communication with our clinic.
To register, please use the email address you have provided to our clinic in our entrance form.
Once logged in, you will be able to:
- Request a prescription of medication by completing the online form. Please submit a separate request for each medication.
- Send medical questions or treatment-related information to your doctor using the online form. You may also attach supporting documents in PDF format or images.
- View your schedule of preventive examinations and vaccinations.
- Track the status of your requests and review your doctor’s responses.
- Book appointments directly with your preferred physician for a preventive examination, which we provide once a year.
