Peter Wohlfahrt, MD, Ph.D.<\/b>
<\/b>
<\/b>Peter Wohlfahrt, MD, Ph.D., is an experienced specialist in cardiology with almost 20 years of practice (since 2006). He gained his extensive experience primarily at the Department of Preventive Cardiology of the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine (IKEM) and the Center for Cardiovascular Prevention of the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and Thomayer Hospital. He is the recipient of several prestigious domestic and international awards for his professional and scientific work.<\/p>

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Pavol Jozef \u0160af\u00e1rik University in Ko\u0161ice (2006) and subsequently earned his Ph.D. from the 1st Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague (2014). He obtained his specialization certification in cardiology in 2017. He is actively involved in scientific and research activities (recipient of AHA and AZV \u010cR grants), publishes in professional journals, lectures, and participates in teaching medical students at the 2nd and 3rd Faculties of Medicine, Charles University. He is a member of numerous Czech and international professional societies (including ESC and AHA).<\/p>
